From a single drop
to a flowing legacy

It all started with one project: a northern community needed a better way to access bulk water while keeping their supply secure. We dove in, working side by side with local leaders to design the best solution possible. It was our first passion project.

As a result we refined, tested and expanded our approach, turning a custom fix into a trusted system used across North America. We’ve continuously evolved our offerings to include septage receiving, water and wastewater treatment, and more.

We were the first in the industry to develop a fully automated, keyless/cardless access terminal with integrated software built specifically for water and wastewater systems. The most interesting fact about us, is that we pioneered the automated Bulk Water Industry.

At the present time, we continue to innovate for municipalities, utilities and industries. We have thousands of installations and over 800 customers. We design, manufacture, and test every system with a commitment to quality, reliability, and service that never runs dry.”

That’s why our team fosters creativity, skill development and a deep respect for our clients. Additionally, our collaborative approach ensures every project is built with precision and innovation, backed by and known for our legendary customer service.

With over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, Allan guides Flowpoint’s team in developing solutions that merge proven engineering balanced against real-world functionality.

Jay has been all about us as he’s been with the company since its inception. Holding various positions, including sales, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, customer support, start-ups and project management.

Dean is responsible for fabricating the stations, controls and components to the agreed-upon specifications then ensuring a high level of quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Cory supports all sales activities, ensuring that each customer is handled effectively by working with the regional sales managers and sales reps directly facing our customers as well as providing the necessary information required.

Michelle is a 20-year veteran of the water and wastewater industry, with a BSc degree in Computer Science and a career focused on using both computers and remote technologies to monitor critical system assets.

Gerry and his team are responsible for coordinating start-up of the stations, training, software installation, software training, ongoing customer support, and parts and warranty. Gerry is also the main point of contact for installation support as required from local contractors.

As a prior Public Works Administrator, Stephen understands the challenges utilities face and how to achieve particularly repeatable results through the application of best practice solutions.

With over five years of experience at Flowpoint, Jay is an markedly accomplished sales professional with a passion for education and a keen interest in the dynamic field of water management.

A 20+ year veteran of the water industry, Matt brings proven solutions to problems that are explicitly unique to the Southeast.

Kris has been involved in the Water & Wastewater Industry since 1995, starting out as an OIT with the Region of Durham. With over 20 years of operations experience, Kris is currently a Director on the OPCEA Board and works with municipalities across Ontario to provide engineered-to-order, turn-key systems.
